NXG Media is registered in the Netherlands (KVK 78318122). Our privacy policy is governed by Dutch and EU law, including the GDPR.

What data we process

We may process: name, company details, contact information, payment data (via Plug & Pay / KNAB), account credentials, profile information, tool and course usage data, newsletter preferences, technical data (IP, browser), and video interaction data.

Purposes

We use personal data for: service delivery, customer support, financial administration, newsletters and marketing (with consent only), lead generation and remarketing via Meta/Google/MailerLite, platform improvement, and security.

Third parties

We share data only with processors who help deliver our services, under data processing agreements: Calendly, Zapier/Make, OpenAI, MailerLite, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Plug & Pay / KNAB, Vimeo, YouTube, Notion.

Retention

Sessions: max. 7 days
Payment data: min. 7 years (legal requirement)
Marketing data: up to 2 years after last interaction
User profiles: as long as you hold an account

Cookies

We use functional, analytical (Google Analytics, anonymised), and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, consent required). You can manage preferences via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Contact info@nxg-media.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP).
