Services and audits
NXG Media provides online growth systems, strategic advice, content guidance and AI visibility audits. Audits deliver analysis and recommendations based on the situation at the time of execution. Results are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes.
AI visibility disclaimer
AI visibility is a new and evolving field. NXG Media does not guarantee rankings, mentions or recommendations in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews or Gemini. The audit identifies technical, content and authority improvements that may improve machine readability, citability and trust signals.
Digital products
NXG Media offers digital products such as e-books, playbooks, templates and courses. Due to the nature of digital products, returns after delivery are not possible unless required by law.
Payments
Payments for digital products are processed via Plug & Pay. Service payments are invoiced with a 14-day payment term unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
All materials produced by NXG Media remain intellectual property of NXG Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. Redistribution, resale or publication without written permission is not permitted.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely and accurate information, complying with applicable laws when using delivered advice, and maintaining backups of their own data.
No guaranteed results
NXG Media delivers best-effort obligations, not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on external factors including market conditions, competition, algorithm changes and client effort.
Liability
NXG Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product. NXG Media is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or missed savings.
Cancellation
Ongoing service agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed. Amounts already invoiced remain due.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
