Happy With Yoga — From yoga blog to platform with 2,000 paying members
Starting situation
Happy With Yoga already had massive reach but lacked a system to convert visitors into paying members or product buyers.
Happy With Yoga is one of the largest yoga platforms in the Netherlands, founded by a yoga teacher with a passion for accessible yoga. The platform already attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors per month but lacked a system to turn that traffic into paying members.
The challenge
The reach was already there — but conversion was missing. Visitors came for free content, yet there was no ladder guiding them toward paid products or membership. Revenue was unpredictable and dependent on one-off campaigns.
What we built
We designed a complete growth system around three pillars: a quiz funnel for segmentation, a webinar structure as a warm introduction, and the Chakra mini-course as a paid entry-level product. Around that we built email flows and Meta Ads that continuously feed the system.
The result
Over three years the platform grew to more than 30,000 webinar leads, 1,700+ mini-course sales, and 2,000 paying platform members — powered by a system that is predictable and scalable.
